This contract has been awarded under the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14). The contract has been awarded in accordance with the framework call-off procedures. Provision of specialist consultancy services to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys within AHDB. The services include solution design, configuration, implementation, integration support, testing, training, knowledge transfer and deployment support to enable the migration of customer communications, event management and webinar functionality.
