SPS is in the discovery phase ahead of expected procurement to appoint a contractor to provide a full turnkey solution including all services required to deliver modular (prison cell) accommodation at HMP Castle Huntly. SPS has opted to utilise the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) (formally known as Crown Commercial Services CCS) Offsite Construction Solutions (RM6184) Framework Agreement Lot 4.1: Justice (3D Turnkey Solutions) as the preferred route to market.

SPS has now issued an Expression of Interest (EOI) via the Public Contracts Scotland Tender (PCS-T) Portal. EOI responses are welcomed from all named Framework Contractors under Lot 4.1 Justice (3D Turnkey Solutions) on the GCA Offsite Construction Solutions (RM6184) Framework Agreement.
