This dialogue is not a formal tender process, but an important step in ensuring that our requirements and expectations are realistic and relevant in relation to what is offered on the market. Practical information about the market dialogueWe invite all interested suppliers to register for the market dialogue by 5 August 2026 via the communication module in Mercell. Digital meetings will be held via Microsoft Teams in weeks 33-34 (agreed with the contracting authority in Mercell) where one can discuss the imminent procurement and content. We request that one prepares to present their solutions and experiences in accordance with the questions and topics listed above. If teams meetings are not possible, written feedback can also be given via Mercell. We request that written feedback is given at the latest by the end of week 34 so that we can take the input into consideration before the procurement documents are completed. After the market dialogue, we will assess the information that has been obtained and prepare the final requirement specifications and procurement documents for the coming competition, which will be announced in Doffin and TED.
