The aim of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the purchase of four (4) complete endoscopy systems on trolleys (hereafter called endoscopy rack) for combined use for flexible and rigid endoscopes. The offered equipment shall be used for videolaryngoscopy including stroboscopy as well as bronchoscopy and øsofago/gastroscopy in adults and children in the ear-nose-throat department / Clinic head-throat at Helse Bergen HF. The agreement shall also include the procurement of 8 camera heads with light pipes (two per rack), as well as 12 videolaryngoscopes (eight for adults and four for children). Two (2) of these four (4) endoscopy systems shall have the possibility of performing stroboscopy in addition to videolaryngoscopy. An option shall also be offered for the purchase of the following: - four endoscopy racks identical to the main products (without possibility for stroboscopy). - 7 videolaparoscopes with work channels (adults and children). - 4 videolaparoscopes (adults) - 4 videolaparoscopes (children) - 12 camera heads with light pipeline and any universal adaptors between rigid scopes and light pipes. - eight trays for washing and possibly sterilisation for the camera head. - 2 bronchoscopes (adults) - 2 bronchoscopes (children). - 1 transnasalt øsofago/gastroscope - Service, cf. Annex 9 - Overview of service levels - Service course - Licension model The Clinic Head/Hals at Haukeland University Hospital is responsible for diagnostics and treatment of patients with ear-nose-throat diseases, including cancer, within the region, as well as offers of outpatients clinics for examining dysphagia patients. The requested equipment is used for procedures for adults and children in throats, throats, conduits and oesophageal tubes (ventricle). The offered combined endoscopic platform shall be suitable and appropriate for described areas of use. The equipment must be able to handle minimum the following procedures: - Laryngoscopy/Stroboscopy - Bronchoscopy - Øsofago/gastroscopy with flexible endoscope (including any Gastroscopy) - Oesophagoscopy (also performed transnasalt). - Bronchosalvelary lavage (BAL) possibly with biopsy - Arthroscopy See Annex 2 - Requirement Specifications and Annex 1 - Price Form for further details.
