Bergen municipality, c/o the City Council Department for elderly persons, health and welfare (BEHO), invites tenderers to input connected to the planned procurement of electronic locks and locksmith services. Questions to the competition and information are gathered in the attached document. The format of the market dialogue will be one-to-one meetings in which each tenderer will individually present their answers to the questions described below. The presentation shall be sent to the contracting authority before the meeting via the communication module in Mercell.
