The purpose of this engagement is to inform the development of an Owner Controlled Insurance Programme (OCIP) that will support the delivery of MetroLink—one of Ireland’s most significant public transport infrastructure projects. TII seeks to engage with experienced lead and follow market insurers, to explore market capacity, underwriting appetite, and optimal structuring of insurance coverage for the construction of the programme. This PIN does not constitute a call for competition but serves to facilitate dialogue and gather insights that will shape the final specification and the forthcoming procurement strategy. TII will take appropriate measures to ensure that competition is not distorted by the participation of any economic operator in this market engagement.
