Acquisition of mandatory and extended TESTA-EIRIS backbone managed connectivity services. These backbone connectivity services will enable TESTA-EIRIS underlay backbone, i.e. a high capacity, high resiliency, value added network that will interconnect the multiple TESTA-EIRIS points of presence (PoPs) across EU and beyond. The future TESTA-EIRIS customers, through their local connectivity, will connect to these backbone managed connectivity services, which will allow them to exchange and communicate among themselves.
