The European Union Satellite Centre ("SatCen") seeks to establish a supply framework contract with one single economic operator for the supply of high-end workstations, monitors, computer peripherals and associated services (i.e. transport, delivery, warranty and after-sale-support service) during the whole term of the contract, which shall not exceed 4 (four) years including possible renewals.
