The Norwegian Public Roads Administration needs collaboration partners who can assist us in organisation development and management development. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services in these areas.

Sub-contract 1 Organisation development (OU)

We would like to join up with suppliers who can assist in all or parts of development processes, from needs analysis, design, production, execution and evaluation of initiatives. There will also be assignments where the tenderer will have total responsibility for the end-to-end process. Tenderers must, therefore, be able to provide consultancy, capacity and/or competence supply, as well as be able to describe project manager, facilitator and development roles in defined processes.

Sub-contract 2 Management Development (LU)

It is central for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration that future suppliers can cover a broad demand area and can offer relevant expertise within management, management and/or management group development. Tenderers must be able to demonstrate that the approach/method is founded on empirical and theory. Goal achievement and organisational effect of development processes aimed at managers are conditions that the contracting authority emphasises heavily.
