Integrated Platform for Education, Recording, Communication and Knowledge Sharing in Interventional Procedures 1.1 Introduction 1.1.1 General Information This Request for Information (RFI) indicates that Södersjukhuset seeks information from the market regarding integrated platforms for visualization, communication, recording, documentation, and knowledge sharing associated with interventional procedures. Please note that this request does not constitute an invitation to tender or guarantee a future procurement, nor does it obligate Södersjukhuset to any future commitments. Furthermore, Södersjukhuset does not guarantee that any future procurement requirements will correspond to the information presented in this document. Participation in this RFI is entirely voluntary and does not affect eligibility to participate in any future procurement process. No compensation will be provided for participation. The primary purpose of this RFI is to increase market awareness regarding suppliers, available technologies, delivery models, pilot opportunities, support models, and information security capabilities that may support a future procurement. 1.2 Description Södersjukhuset is seeking information from suppliers that can provide solutions supporting visualization, communication, recording, editing, storage, and distribution of educational material generated during interventional procedures. The intended solution will support education, quality assurance, competence development, and national as well as international knowledge sharing without interfering with ongoing clinical activities. The purpose of this RFI is to explore the market, understand supplier capabilities, identify available technologies, and obtain information that may support future procurement activities. 1.2.1 Background The Cardiology Department performs advanced interventional procedures, including coronary angiography and catheter-based therapies. The department requires a platform capable of supporting: Internal education of physicians, nurses and biomedical scientists.National and international educational events.Live and recorded case demonstrations.Quality assurance activities.Production of educational content and digital courses.The future solution should enable educational use of interventional procedures while ensuring patient privacy, operational continuity and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. 1.2.2 Existing Environment As part of a recent construction and renovation project, technical infrastructure has already been installed, including: Fiber connections.Structured cabling.Communication infrastructure.Video distribution infrastructure.The existing clinical environment includes two ceiling-mounted Siemens Artis icono systems installed in the interventional laboratories. The intention is to reuse the existing infrastructure as far as reasonably possible. Suppliers should be prepared to discuss any technical prerequisites, interfaces, dependencies or integration options relevant to operating alongside these systems and the existing technical environment. Detailed information regarding the existing infrastructure is not included in this RFI and may be discussed during subsequent market dialogue sessions. Additional technical information may be provided during subsequent market dialogue sessions where deemed appropriate. 1.2.3 Functional Requirements The solution should be capable of collecting and managing multiple simultaneous image and signal sources, including but not limited to: Coronary angiography and fluoroscopy.Intravascular imaging systems (IVUS and OCT).Hemodynamic monitoring systems.Ultrasound systems.Camera systems installed in procedure rooms.Other relevant medical imaging sources.  The solution should be capable of: Displaying multiple information sources simultaneously in real time.Supporting configurable visual layouts.Live streaming of ongoing procedures.Internal broadcasting within hospital facilities.External broadcasting for educational activities.Two-way communication between operators and participants.R
