The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ) is an administrative body under the Ministry of Finance. DFØ provides payroll and accounting services to approx. 170 customers and is also responsible for government accounts and the government ́s group account scheme. This enquiry is connected to DFØ ́s work with future system support for accounting and financial services. This work follows DFØ R108/2025 The Government ́s project model. DFØ hereby carries out a request for information (RFI) in order to obtain market information for the project. The RFI shall provide knowledge on what the market can offer, what overall solution and delivery models are realistic, what costs and cost drivers must be expected, and what conditions affect feasibility and risk. DFØ would like written feedback in accordance with the description in the attached documents by Tuesday 20 October 2026 (12:00).
