See the attached description for further descriptions After political or administrative decisions, the competition can be cancelled or amended. The contract can also be truncated on such a basis. Most of the scope will be the first contract year. Ten emission vehicles are required for fulfilment of the contract. Further requirements or criteria for climate and environmental considerations are not assessed as appropriate as the service is otherwise equal with consultancy services. The exemption provision in the Regulations § 7-9 will be assessed as fulfilled.
