The objective of this procurement is to enter into a contract with a tenderer who shall carry out the demolition and removal of the existing buildings at the properties Gbnr. 45/334 and Gbnr. 45/52. The work consists of: • Demolition of townhouses comprising 13 flats, previously used as rental holiday homes. • Demolition of old cottage • Removal of the concrete base to the mentioned row house. •Removal of concrete slabs for 2 huts. •Removal of foundations for an older cottage. •Levelling the area after the removal of concrete bases and foundations. The assignment shall be carried out as a turnkey contract and will be regulated by NS 8407 with the attached contract terms. The planned start-up will be as soon as possible after the contract has been signed. The work shall be completed by week 50 2026.
