Annex 1 Delivery Description point 1.2.10 Tenderers can: A. submit tenders for only one of the driving areas/sub-contracts B. submit independent and separate tenders for several routes/sub-contracts Separate contracts will be signed based on separate evaluations for each route/sub-contract, also in cases where it is the same company that has won several driving areas/sub-contracts.

KO1 Leka and Nærøysund

Annex 1 Delivery Description point 1.2.10. The contract will be valid from the signing of the contract until 31.07.2030. Start up of operation from 1 August 2027. The contracting authority has a unilateral right to extend the contract for up to two (2) years (1+1). The date of the last operational day will be notified in writing by the Contracting Authority at the latest 6 months before the assignment period expires.
