Wageningen Research, acting through Wageningen Social & Economic Research, is conducting a market consultation in preparation for a potential procurement of specialised services under the Mbeu/Mozambique Seed Partnership. The envisaged services support the development and operationalisation of plant variety protection and variety licensing systems in Mozambique, covering legal and regulatory frameworks, administration and Distinctness, Uniformity and Stability (DUS) testing, and variety licensing and commercialisation mechanisms. The consultation aims to identify available market expertise and gather input on the scope, approach and indicative costs of the assignment.
