DHB require IT Professional Resource Framework partners to provide suitably qualified people on a Time Charge and Work Order basis. The Framework will primarily support the Client´s IGNITE digital transformation programme, alongside other IT projects across the Port. The Client´s primary interest is in the following service areas, all of which are of equal importance: architecture and design, cyber security, project and change delivery, data and insight, testing and quality assurance, user experience and design, service transition, and IT support and technical services.
