Camden Council intends to award a contract for the Provision of a Peer-Led Harm Reduction Programme. The service will support residents affected by substance use through peer-led interventions designed to reduce harm, improve engagement with treatment and recovery services, and improve health and wellbeing outcomes. The procurement is being conducted under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 using the Most Suitable Provider Process. Commissioners will identify and assess providers against the Basic Selection Criteria and relevant PSR key criteria to determine the provider that is best able to deliver the required services and achieve the desired outcomes for Camden residents. For avoidance of doubt, we are running a Most Suitable Provider exercise to assess market capabilities, and identify prospective providers. This exercise is not an Invitation to Tender (ITT).
