Framework agreement
Duration
01/01/2027 - 31/12/2030
The objective of the Framework Agreement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need to ensure thorough cleaning, disinfection and effective sterilisation of medical equipment and materials. The need shall be covered through a framework agreement for the procurement of autoclaves and washing decontaminators. The delivery also includes installation and training of super users. It is estimated that the Norwegian Armed Forces require 24 autoclaves and 23 washer decontaminators. The stated scope is not binding for the Contracting Authority and the Contracting Authority can make call-offs on the framework agreement until the contract ́s maximum financial framework has been reached. Service and maintenance are not included in the scope of the framework agreement and shall be carried out by the Norwegian Defence ́s own framework agreement supplier. The framework agreement is divided into two sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1 includes table autoclaves, installation and training. Sub-contract 2 includes washer decontaminators, installation and training. The competition documents and contract documents are joint for both sub-contracts, with the exception of the requirement specifications and the price form. The competition documents are only available in the competition ́s joint page, and not in each sub-contract. If tenders are submitted for both sub-contracts, independent tenders must be submitted for both sub-contracts, i.e. all documents stated in point 6.2 are included in the tender for the relevant sub-contract. The articles included in the framework agreement shall be able to be delivered and installed in all hospital rooms belonging to the Norwegian Armed Forces. The patient rooms are located nationwide. Training shall be given to super users, with an option for supplementary training as needed. See part II (General Contract Terms) and Annex B (Requirement Specifications) for further details on the procurement ́s extent.
