This service comprises a comprehensive survey and design service for schemes delivered by the Works Delivery teams across the Eastern Region.

This requirement is for fully competent professional services to deliver assured designs, and associated surveys, to support the delivery of minor distribution and plant requirements on Network Rail's infrastructure. These Services will be required on an ad-hoc basis.
