The subject of this contract is the supply and delivery of specialised fire and rescue equipment for fire and rescue units in the Republic of Srpska within the INEREP Project. The procurement includes 8 fire pick-up vehicles with 4x4 drive and accompanying equipment, 1 rescue boat with outboard motor and trailer, and 66 sets of personal protective fire-fighting equipment, divided into lots as specified in the tender dossier. The equipment shall be new, unused, fully compliant with the technical specifications and applicable standards, and delivered with all required documentation, certificates, warranties, user manuals and after-sales support. The contract aims to strengthen operational preparedness, response capacities and safety of fire and rescue services in emergency situations, including fires, floods, rescue operations and other civil protection activities.

Supply of Fire Pick-up Vehicles with 4x4 Drive and Accompanying Equipment

The subject of this lot is the supply and delivery of 8 new fire pick-up vehicles with 4x4 drive and accompanying equipment for fire and rescue units in the Republic of Srpska within the INEREP Project. The vehicles shall be new, unused, fully operational and compliant with the technical specifications and applicable standards. The supply includes all required vehicle equipment, accompanying fire-fighting and rescue equipment, documentation, certificates, warranties, user manuals and after-sales support. Delivery shall be made in accordance with the tender dossier and technical specifications.

Supply of Rescue Boat with Outboard Motor and Trailer

The subject of this lot is the supply and delivery of 1 new rescue boat with outboard motor and trailer for fire and rescue units in the Republic of Srpska within the INEREP Project. The boat, motor and trailer shall be new, unused, fully operational and compliant with the technical specifications and applicable standards. The supply includes all required equipment, mounting of the outboard motor, initial service, documentation, certificates, warranties, user manuals and after-sales support. Delivery shall be made in accordance with the tender dossier and technical specifications.

Supply of Personal Protective Fire-fighting Equipment Sets

The subject of this lot is the supply and delivery of 66 new sets of personal protective fire-fighting equipment for fire and rescue units in the Republic of Srpska within the INEREP Project. The equipment shall be new, unused, fully compliant with the technical specifications and applicable standards, and suitable for fire-fighting and rescue operations. Each complete set shall consist of the six items specified in the Technical Specifications. The supply includes all required protective items, documentation, certificates, test reports, declarations of conformity/compliance, warranties and after-sales support. The final distribution of the equipment by size shall be communicated by the contracting authority in accordance with the Tender Dossier. The total quantity of 66 complete sets shall remain unchanged.
