The Keston Ponds Project is located at Keston Common, Bromley, Greater London. The project area spans across Keston Common, Ravensbourne Open Space and Padmall Wood. The Council is looking to appoint Consultants. The consultant shall be appointed under the NEC4 professional service contract (PSC). The consultant is anticipated to undertake the role of NEC project manager, together with associated contract administration and quantity surveying services, in support of the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) Option C (Target Cost) construction contract.
