Visit Northern Finland Oy (hereinafter referred to as VNF or VNF Oy) is inviting tenders for the design, implementation and launch of a new business-to-business (B2B) online platform. This call for tenders is published on Hilma (hankintailmoitukset.fi) as a national procurement in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016). A user interface prototype already exists, which defines what the platform might look like and how it might function. This call for tenders concerns the implementation of the production platform to be built on this basis, including the integrations and features described in Chapter 4. This call for tenders includes annexes. Together with the prototype, these form part of the tender documentation. In the event of any discrepancies between the documents, the tenderer must raise the matter during the question-and-answer period; the call for tenders takes precedence.
