Viken Vest Innkjøpssamarbeid (VVI) will enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for digital learning resources on behalf of 22 participating municipalities, with an option for Modum municipality. The agreement covers licences for digital learning resources for primary and lower secondary education and adult education, as well as an ordering and licence administration system. The agreement has a term of 2 years, with options to extend by 1 + 1 years, up to 4 years in total. The estimated value is approx. NOK 75 million excluding VAT for the entire period including options. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 100 million excluding VAT. The procurement is conducted as an open procedure.
