The contract was awarded following a further competition procedure under the GCA Legal Panel for Government Framework RM6360. A further competition is a compliant option under the Framework. Prospectuses were reviewed and all 10 suppliers from Lot 2 were invited to attend a Market Engagement session. Following this, all suppliers were invited to partake in an Expression of Interest which is interested, would result in an invite to the tender.
