This contract will enable statutory food safety inspections to be undertaken in line with national requirements on Bristol City Council.

To deliver planned food hygiene interventions at Category C, D and E premises, as allocated. Each intervention includes the visit, a risk rating, a Food Hygiene Rating Scheme score where applicable, a written report to the food business operator.
