Drammen municipality will soon announce a competition for framework agreements for the care of park and landscape facilities in Drammen municipality. The procurement will include two sub-contracts: Zone 1: Drammen North Norway ́s extent is estimated to: approx. 267,245 m² lawn, 73,164 m² grass hill, 6,440 bushes and approx. 902 trees, in addition to perennials, roses etc. Zone 2: Drammen SørForeløpig extent is estimated to: approx. 328 409 m² lawn, 190,408 m² grass hill, 7,444 bushes and approx. 1,252 trees, In addition to perennials, roses etc., the framework agreements concern contractor services connected to the care of different types of green areas for park management. The contracts will include fixed management assignments throughout the year, in addition to calculation works. The agreements will have a duration of approx. 5 years, including options. The provisional estimated contract value is: Drammen Sør: approx. NOK 6.5-8.5 million excluding VAT per year The limit North: approx. NOK 8.5-10.5 million excluding VAT per year Drammen municipality emphasises that this is provisional information and that changes in the final tender documentation and announcement can occur. Drammen municipality would like input from the market before the competition. The aim is to ensure that the competition is best adapted to the market in a way that makes it attractive and easy to participate in for as many suppliers as possible. At the same time, the municipality wants to ensure that the contract is designed in an efficient manner that safeguards the users ́needs. As a basis for the market survey, the following documents are attached: Annex 1 - Care of Park and Landscape Facilities Drammen South - Description Attachment 2 - Care of Park and Landscape Facilities Drammen North - Description Attachment 3 - Quantity Overview Drammen South Attachment 4 - Quantity Overview Drammen north Attachment 5 - Announced tender documentation 2023 Attachment 6 - Input Form Documents are attached to give the market insight into the current contract and the contract ́s extent. Annex 1-5 is only meant as a reference and does not constitute proposals for final requirements or contract terms in the coming procurement. Written input is to be sent via Mercell by 20.07.2026, 12.00. The inputs will be processed in accordance with the rules on confidentiality and public confidentiality. Tenderers are requested to clearly mark any information that is considered business sensitive. Individual feedback on the input will not be given. The input is not binding for the municipality. The final tender documentation will be published on Doffin/TED in accordance with the rules and all interested tenderers will be able to submit tender offers. Drammen municipality thanks in advance for all input.
