Steinkjer municipality intends to enter into a contract with Øines Digital AS for the case handling system Motorferdsel.no. Motorferdsel.no have already been adapted to the municipality ́s specific requirements and it integrates seamlessly with national digital public services such as the ID-port, Maskinporten and KS FIKS. The software includes specially adapted functionality, such as administrative approval of case handling and automatic dispatch of decisions to relevant agencies. The contracting authority has examined the market and has not found equivalent standard systems. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract after the 22nd June 2026.
