The plan includes 1000 cases to be awarded for insourcing activity. The Proposal received from HBSUK is to provide Insourcing capacity for Cardiff and Vale – specifically Cardiology first Outpatient appointment. Activity will be delivered by utilising the onsite estate during periods of vacant capacity as noted below for both parties responsibilities
