Qualification for the system Conditions to be fulfilled by economic operators in view of their qualification:  Pre­qualification system (PQS); to become pre­qualified (PQ) supplier to Vattenfall Eldistribution of Power Transformers (PT) from 2 MVA. PQ supplier means that factory is entitled to receive all PT tenders/RFQ for Vattenfall Eldistribution, Sweden (as long as PQ status is uphold). Only a company that has ownership of a factory that  manufacture PT can apply and be awarded PQ status. The process for PQ is based on individual factory audit  to verify that factory/supplier meet mandatory requirements. If one supplier/company want to PQ more than one  factory, each factory will have it own PQ process as described below. Timeline: Vattenfall Eldistribution implemented the PQS 1.7.2014. Methods according to which each of those conditions will be verified:  The PQ process is structured as follows: 1) For not already registered factory/supplier, registration and approval in VSB and Sellicha system https://group.vattenfall.com/who-we-are/suppliers/supplier-registration (https://group.vattenfall.com/who-we-are/suppliers/supplier-registration) (already UNCE registered supplier do not need to registrer again in Sellicha). 2) Factory/supplier application to  become PQ supplier (send email to lars.soderberg@vattenfall.com (mailto:lars.soderberg@vattenfall.com)). 3) Vattenfall send questionnaires to requesting factory/supplier (email to requester). 4) Factory/supplier filled in questionnaires to be sent to Vattenfall (email to lars.soderberg@vattenfall.com). 5) Vattenfall evaluation of questionnaires. 6) If Vattenfall approved answers on questionnaires, Vattenfall on­site factory audit to verify answers to questionnaires and capability to meet technical requirements as set forth in TR01­10E. 7) Based on Vattenfall approved final audit report, factory/supplier is awarded PQ status. 8) If factory/supplier is located in ‘risk country’, also Vattenfall approved on­site CSR audit is necessary for PQ status (as not static, eventual ‘risk country’ status will be informed upon supplier application).
