NHS North East London (NEL) Integrated Care Board (ICB) are commissioning Interpretation and Translations services for general practice including face to face, telephone, video and British Sign Language (BSL) covering Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Newham, Redbridge and Waltham Forest. The Procurement is being managed by NHS London Commercial Hub (NHS LCH) hosted by NHS North East London, on behalf of NEL ICB, in connection with a Mini Competition under SBS Framework, Interpreting and Translation Services, Reference: SBS/10519, Lot 6, One Stop Shop. This contract will go live on 1st December 2026. The initial contract will be for 36 months with an option to extend by 12 months at the discretion of NEL ICB.
