This framework includes, as required, the supply of wheelchair‑accessible vehicles and transport solutions for students with specific mobility requirements, using appropriately accessible vehicles. The framework agreement will be divided into two (2) lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate framework agreement. • Lot 1: Transport for sports teams/athletes, clubs, societies and groups including, but not limited to; regular matches, competitions, training sessions and other scheduled trips. Where appropriate, and at the discretion of the University, this lot may also be used by other University groups for comparable transport requirements. • Lot 2: Transport for any TU Dublin ad- hoc group activities such as, but not limited to; events, excursions, cultural outings, and occasional evening or overnight trips. Requirements will vary during the contract term and will be drawn down as needed by the University. Tenderers may submit a response for both lots, however, they may only be appointed to one lot.
