The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 (Milk) and Lot 2 (Bread). Products must meet the Trust’s requirements relating to quality, food safety, sustainability, delivery performance, and regulatory compliance, as detailed in the procurement documents. – Lot nr.: 1 Milk Suppliers must provide a range of milk products, including skimmed milk, semi-skimmed milk, and full cream milk, all available in a variety of sizes including 1 pint/500ml, 2 pint/1 litre & 4 pint/2 litre. The Trust also welcomes the inclusion of plant-based milk alternatives as an optional offering.
