Naručitelju nije prihvatljivo da ponuditelj ima manje od dva djelatnika (1 i manje) koji posjeduju minimalno četiri godine iskustva rada na čuvanju Data centra sa TIR III standardom i takve ponude će se smatrati nepravilnima. Naručitelju nije prihvatljivo da ponuditelj nema niti jednog člana interventnog tima, te će se takve ponude smatrati nepravilnima.
