This contract covers all retrofit energy-efficiency improvement works to domestic properties. This is part of Citizen's decarbonisation wave 3 delivery, in strategic partnership with Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DEZNZ) and West Midlands Combined Authority.

The contract has been procured as a direct award via the CHIC framework for Healthy Homes. The CHIC framework has been procured under PCR2015, and this call off contract will be governed by the same regulations. The CHIC framework allows for direct award call-offs to be made whilst maintaining compliance with PCR2015.
