Market dialogue - tool for digital workplaces in Nav
Market survey (RFI) on tools for digital workplaces.
The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV) invites tenderers to a market survey (RFI) for a tool for a digital workplace in preparation for any procurements. Nav is facing a fundamental shift in how digital work surfaces, productivity and interaction tools will function in the coming years. Nav would like all employees to have a modern, user adapted and efficient tool for a digital workplace. The employees are at the centre, and it is decisive that the tools contribute to simplifying working life, including through increased use of KI. Nav needs increased flexibility in licence and delivery models, high reliance on individual suppliers (vendor lock-in), increased focus on digital scope of action and geo-political risk, need for better utilisation of KI and new forms of work and need for greater economic predictability. We have arranged for the tenderer to respond to all or parts of the market survey. The responses can include deliveries from a tenderer, cooperation between several tenderers or individual components and services. Suppliers are encouraged to think outside the box and present innovative technology and systems. The RFI documents are attached in Norwegian and English versions and can be answered in English, Norwegian or other Scandinavian languages. Responses are requested by the end of June 3, 2026.
