the provision of daa Tractor hire for their Winter and Snow operations based at Dublin Airport, Co Dublin. – VEAT notice daa plc (the ‘Contracting Authority’) has a requirement for the provision of Tractor hire for their Winter and Snow operations based at Dublin Airport, Co Dublin. This is a critical supply contract to ensure continuity of service provision at Dublin Airport for a period of 5 years. On this basis, the Contracting Authority considers that it is entitled to award, using the negotiated procedure without prior call for competition, the outcome of which, will conclude with the award of provision of Tractor hire for their Winter and Snow operations based at Dublin Airport, pursuant to Article 50 of the Utilities Directive 2014/25/EU.
