The works consist of alterations , conservation and restoration works to the existing Market House Building and No 25 Old Church St, completion of a new two storey extension to the rear of 25 Old Church St, new finishes, services, roof coverings, facade reconstruction along with new windows and doors throughout and external works to the rear yard and archway.
