Construction of a new part single, part two storey Leisure Centre to comprising pool, fitness studios and changing village, demolition of existing facility along with associated temporary and permanent car parking.

Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of Broxtowe Borough Council (the 'Council') are inviting Contractors to submit a tender for the Design and Build of the new Bramcote Leisure Centre, Derby Road, Bramcote, Nottingham, NG9 3GF following the PQQ process undertaken by ReCreation. The existing Bramcote Leisure Centre is an old facility which is nearing the end of its anticipated lifespan. The building has become uneconomical to operate and maintain in its current form and the Local Authority have taken the decision to re-provide the Leisure Centre Facilities on the existing site, whilst always keeping the leisure offer operational until the new centre is opened.
