Open tender contest in accordance with the Law on Public Procurements and the Public Procurement Regulations, parts I and part II. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the purchase of 1 complete CO2 laser for the Womens Clinic at Helse Stavanger HF including scanner(s) and hand piece(s) necessary for intended use. In addition an option shall be offered for the following: - Service, cf. Annex 9 - Overview of service levels. - Service course - Smoke suction - Micro-manipulator - Adapter for a kolposkop - E-learning programme - Other lifetime costs (wearing parts/spare parts/maintenance parts/service kit as needed). Option for smoke extraction shall be valid for 4 years. Other options shall be valid for as long as the laser is in use. The options can be price adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2. The laser shall be used to treat premature lesions in the abdomen, Vulva Intraepitelial Neoplasia (VIN2 and 3), as well as some treatment resistant benign condylomas. The laser must fulfil the treatment need that, per specifications in international guidelines, c.f. ACOG: Management of Vulvar Intraepithelial Neoplasia | ACOG, where power density is recommended (750-1,250 W/cm2) is recommended and it is suitable for use in gynaecology. See Annex 1 - Price Form and Annex 2 - Requirement Specifications for further details. Disclaimer The contracting authority reserves the right to reject tenders that exceed the contracting authority ́s set and documented budget limits for the procurement. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition if there is a justifiable reason, hereunder if necessary budgetary coverage for the procurement is not available.
