The Norwegian Environment Agency c/o Statens naturoppsyn intends to enter into a framework agreement for helicopter services. Statens naturoppsyn would like a dialogue with the market prior to the competition in order to gain insight into relevant systems and the tenderer ́s experiences as a basis for designing an appropriate and competitive procurement.
