The National Blood Transfusion Service utilises the ePROGESA application together with the CDR Interface to manage donors and blood products. These systems constitute critical operational software requiring continuous maintenance, technical support and software updates to ensure their reliability, security and continued functionality. The purpose of this procurement is to renew the maintenance and support agreement with MAK-SYSTEM for a period of four (4) years.
