The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The objective of the framework agreement is to safeguard the customers' statutory obligations in accordance with the Working Environment Act with the accompanying regulations, as well as to facilitate healthy and safe working conditions for the employees. Tenderers shall be a resource, and an advisory body for health, environment and safety work, and shall contribute to the management, at all levels being able to take care of their HSE responsibilities. Comments on the contract: Customers in this Contract reserve the right to use internal and external competence and resources where deemed appropriate.
