The subject of this tender is the cleaning, upkeep and maintenance of public gardens and soft areas in San Ġiljan using environmentally friendly products and practices. The place of acceptance of the services shall be San Ġiljan, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be one (1) year with a possible yearly extension up to a maximum of four (4) years.
