The successful provider will be responsible for delivering Peabody´s annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) Overall Customer Satisfaction Survey and a programme of monthly transactional surveys across key service areas. The TSM survey is a regulatory requirement and must be conducted in accordance with the methodology and requirements prescribed by the Regulator of Social Housing.
