Alliander intends to publish a European procurement procedure in week 37 of 2026 for the award of framework agreements to multiple suppliers for the supply of Guarantees of Origin (GoOs) for electricity. The framework agreements will support the greening of Liander’s grid losses. During the term of the agreements, specific contracts will be awarded through mini-competitions among the selected suppliers.
