New Build Housing Construction (H2)

The New Build Housing Construction (H2) Framework provides public sector organisations with access to contractors for the delivery of new build housing and associated construction works. The scope includes the design and construction of houses, bungalows, flats, apartments, sheltered and supported accommodation, care homes, student accommodation, medium and high-rise developments, refurbishment, conversions, extensions and adaptations, groundworks, infrastructure, demolition, site preparation and enabling works, together with associated civil engineering works, development agreements and land purchases where required.
