The contracting authority needs a framework agreement for the purchase of wearing steel for machines and equipment. The wearing steel shall be used in the winter season for snow clearing and clearing of the municipal road network, pavements and foot and cycle paths. The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for wearing steel for, among other things: CutPloger Snow cutters, the framework agreement includes the delivery of wearing steel of the Küper Combination or equivalent and various wearing steel in both overcoats and dental executions, as well as toothed wearing steel with hard metal posts. Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment; Sub-contract 1: Various wearing steel. Sub-contract 2: Küper Combi or equivalent. Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one or both lots. There are no limitations on how many sub-contracts one tenderer can be awarded; a tenderer can, therefore, be awarded both sub-contracts.

The estimated value is based on activity levels in recent years and the expected level of activity. The total maximum value of the agreement, including options, is set at NOK 2.2 million excluding VAT, cf. the COURT of justice ́s judgement in case C-23/20.
