RFI - Future office support systems for the health Norway

Sykehusinnkjøp has been given the task of preparing a decision basis for a future competition for office support tools in the specialist health service. This is currently covered by M365 products from Microsoft. Based on this, a work group has been established that is managed by Sykehusinnkjøp where all the health regions participate. The work requires technical, legal, economic and organisational clarifications. The work shall give the health regions a comprehensive picture of the consequences, risks, costs and gains from any change of supplier, as well as form the basis for the further procurement strategy. Included in this is to look at whether other systems can be introduced in parts of the entities, for different levels or the type of users. The contracting authority would like to have a dialogue with the market in this phase.
