DiBK took over the operation of the Norway Digital Area Plan Map (NAP) from The Norwegian Mapping Authority from 01.01.2026. The contracting authority currently has a contract with Norconsult Norway AS for the operation and management of a temporary system for synchronising plan data from the municipalities that are valid until the end of 2026. The contracting authority needs to ensure continuity of operations in a transitional period until the new system is in place and wishes to continue the agreement until 2027. The assistance also includes support for municipalities who wish to connect to the synchronisation system.
