The competition is for a turnkey contract for Sungotmarka nursery school. Mass replacement at the building site Gjerdsbakkvegen 40 (29/276) is not included. The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. for budgetary coverage and political approval by the municipal council. The obligation to make requirements for apprentices is considered to apply for this procurement, cf. the Procurement Act § 5h.
